I think many people here neglecting the minor issue of el nino and the proposed ‘el nina’ . This gave autralia up for serious drout a few years ago, and with the larger growing hole in the ozone over your way global warming could quite seriously affect the elnino affect, also the ammount of fossil fuel waste the chinese are throwing up into the atmosphere during there industrial uprising is contributing nicely to CO2/CO and SO2 outputs.
However its all imaterial cause the yanks will most likely think they are some sort of terrorist threat and nuke them.
